INFORMATION TYPE COLLECTED BY SMART DEAL

COLLECTION GATEWAY

Smart Deal will collect personal information and all other necessary information only by lawful and fair means and not in an unreasonably intrusive way. If it is reasonable and practical to do so, Smart Deal will only collect personal information about you directly from you. Smart Deal may collect your personal information from reputable third-party lead generation sources for marketing purposes, but only where you have consented to the disclosure of your information to Smart Deal and for Smart Deal to send you marketing communications. Smart Deal will not collect personal information unless the information is reasonably necessary for our functions and activities.

Personal information may be collected by Smart Deal in a number of circumstances, including when you:

If you are applying for a product or service offered on SmartDealmart.com, Smart Deal or our third party partners may also collect credit-related personal information about you as a result of credit checks that third parties carry out in connection with your application.

The kinds of credit-related personal information Smart Deal may collect about you includes:

·         information about consumer credit loans that you currently have applied for including:

·         repayment history information;

·         the type and amount of credit sought in each application;

·         default and payment information;

·         information about any court proceedings;

·         credit eligibility information, which is credit reporting information supplied to us by a credit reporting body, and any information that we derive from it.

If you use a pseudonym when dealing with us or you do not provide identifiable information Smart Deal may not be able to provide you with any or all of our services as requested. If you wish to remain anonymous when you use our website do not sign into it or provide any information that might identify you.

Smart Deal requires individuals to provide accurate, up-to-date and complete personal information at the time it is collected.

আপনি যদি SmartDeal.com.bd - এ দেওয়া কোনো পণ্য বা সেবার জন্য আবেদন করেন, স্মার্ট ডিল বা আমাদের তৃতীয় পক্ষের অংশীদাররা আপনার আবেদনের ক্ষেত্রে তৃতীয় পক্ষের ক্রেডিট চেকের ফলে আপনার সম্পর্কে ক্রেডিট সম্পর্কিত ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ করতে পারে।

স্মার্ট ডিল আপনার সম্পর্কে যে ধরনের ক্রেডিট-সম্পর্কিত ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ করতে পারে তার মধ্যে রয়েছে:

·         Assessing, processing and managing your applications for products and services or SmartDeal branded products and services offered by our third-party partners, including to assess your credit risk and our risk;

·         Any other purpose you have consented to; and

·         Any use which is required or authorized by Laws of Peoples’ Republic of Bangladesh.

DISCLOSURE SCOPES

Smart Deal may disclose your personal information:

·         To third-parties we ordinarily engage for the above purposes;

·         Organizations that provide products or services used or marketed by Smart Deal;

·         Any person or entity to whom you have consented to Smart Deal disclosing your personal information to; and

Any person or entity to whom we are required or authorized to disclose your personal information to in accordance with the law.

·         যে কোন ব্যক্তি বা সত্তা যে আইন অনুসারে আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য প্রকাশের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় বা অনুমোদিত।

ACCESS AND MANAGEMENT

You may request access to your personal information in our customer account database, or seek correction of it, by contacting our customer service team.

Smart Deal, upon situation and necessity, may charge a reasonable fee that is not excessive to cover the charges of retrieving your personal information from our customer account database. Smart Deal will not charge you for making the request.

If you believe that Smart Deal holds personal information about you in our customer account database that is not accurate, complete, up-to-date, relevant or information that is misleading then you may request its amendment and Smart Deal will respond to your request within a reasonable time. Smart Deal will not charge you for correcting your personal information.

If Smart Deal no longer needs your personal information for any the purposes set out in this policy, or as otherwise required by Law, Smart Deal will take such steps as are reasonable in the circumstances to destroy the information or to de-identify it.

Smart Deal will take reasonable steps to protect the personal information it holds from misuse, interference and loss and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.

যদি স্মার্ট ডিলের  এই নীতিতে নির্ধারিত কোনো উদ্দেশ্যে আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্যের আর প্রয়োজন না হয়, অথবা আইনের দ্বারা অন্যথায় প্রয়োজন হয়, তাহলে স্মার্ট ডিল তথ্য নষ্ট করতে বা ডি-আইডেন্টিফাই করার ক্ষেত্রে যুক্তিসঙ্গত পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করবে।

স্মার্ট ডিল ব্যক্তিগত তথ্যের অপব্যবহার, হস্তক্ষেপ এবং ক্ষতি এবং অননুমোদিত প্রবেশাধিকার, পরিবর্তন বা প্রকাশ থেকে রক্ষা করার জন্য যুক্তিসঙ্গত পদক্ষেপ নেবে।

OPTING OUT / UNSUBSCRIBE

At any time, you may opt out of receiving marketing communications from us. Unless you opt out, your consent to receive direct marketing communications from us and to the handling of your personal information as detailed above, will continue. Each of our marketing emails will have an unsubscribe function which will allow you to unsubscribe from all future marketing communications. All of our marketing SMS messages will also contain an unsubscribe feature. Smart Deal may disclose your personal information to recipients overseas to assist Smart Deal in providing you with products or services.

Smart Deal will take such steps as are reasonable in the circumstances to ensure that the information that is transferred to third parties located outside of Bangladesh will not be held, used or disclosed by the recipient of the information in a manner that is inconsistent with the privacy principles as per the Laws of Peoples’ Republic of Bangladesh.
