আমাদের লক্ষ্য প্রতিটি গ্রাহকের কাছে সঠিক ও ভালো অবস্থায় প্রোডাক্ট পৌঁছে দেওয়া। তারপরও অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত কোনো সমস্যা হলে নিচের নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী Replacement/Return সুবিধা প্রযোজ্য হবে।

১. Delivery Man-এর সামনে প্রোডাক্ট চেক করুন

সম্ভব হলে Delivery Man-এর উপস্থিতিতেই পার্সেল ও প্রোডাক্ট ভালোভাবে চেক করে নিন। বিশেষ করে নিচের বিষয়গুলো যাচাই করুন:

সঠিক প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি হয়েছে কি না
সঠিক Size/Color/Variant এসেছে কি না
কোনো আইটেম মিসিং আছে কি না
প্রোডাক্টে দৃশ্যমান কোনো Damage আছে কি না

কোনো সমস্যা চোখে পড়লে সম্ভব হলে Delivery Man-এর উপস্থিতিতেই আমাদের Customer Support-এ জানান।

২. Unboxing Video অবশ্যই সংরক্ষণ করুন

প্রোডাক্ট হাতে পাওয়ার পর প্যাকেট খোলার শুরু থেকে প্রোডাক্ট সম্পূর্ণ বের করা পর্যন্ত একটানা ও স্পষ্ট Unboxing Video ধারণ করার অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। নিচের কোনো সমস্যা হলে Unboxing Video প্রমাণ হিসেবে প্রয়োজন হবে:

ভুল প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি হলে
অর্ডার করা কোনো আইটেম মিসিং থাকলে
ভুল Size/Color/Variant পাঠানো হলে
প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারির সময় ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত অবস্থায় পাওয়া গেলে

ভিডিওটি যেন কোনো ধরনের Cut/Edit করা না হয় এবং প্যাকেজের Parcel Label স্পষ্টভাবে দেখা যায়।

৩. সমস্যা জানানোর সময়সীমা

প্রোডাক্ট গ্রহণের পর উপরোক্ত কোনো সমস্যা পাওয়া গেলে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের Customer Support-এ Order Number, সমস্যার বিস্তারিত এবং Unboxing Video পাঠাতে হবে।

নির্ধারিত সময়ের পরে করা Missing Item, Wrong Product বা Delivery Damage সংক্রান্ত অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য নাও হতে পারে।

৪. আমাদের ভুল হলে Replacement সম্পূর্ণ ফ্রি

যাচাইয়ের পর যদি দেখা যায় আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে—

ভুল প্রোডাক্ট পাঠানো হয়েছে,
ভুল Size/Color/Variant পাঠানো হয়েছে,
অর্ডারের কোনো আইটেম মিসিং রয়েছে,

তাহলে আমরা নিজ খরচে সঠিক প্রোডাক্ট Replacement করে দেব। এক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহককে অতিরিক্ত Delivery Charge বহন করতে হবে না।

৫. Replacement-এর জন্য পণ্যের অবস্থা

Replacement-এর জন্য প্রোডাক্ট অবশ্যই:

অব্যবহৃত থাকতে হবে
ধোয়া বা পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না
Original Tag/Label অক্ষত থাকতে হবে
Original Packaging সংরক্ষিত থাকতে হবে
প্রোডাক্টের সঙ্গে থাকা Accessories/Gift থাকলে সেগুলোও ফেরত দিতে হবে

ব্যবহৃত, ধোয়া, নষ্ট অথবা Tag খুলে ফেলা প্রোডাক্ট Replacement-এর জন্য গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

৬. পছন্দ পরিবর্তনের ক্ষেত্রে

শুধুমাত্র পছন্দ পরিবর্তন, “আর দরকার নেই”, ছবি দেখে ভালো লেগেছিল কিন্তু হাতে পাওয়ার পর পছন্দ হয়নি—এই ধরনের কারণে Return/Refund প্রযোজ্য নয়।

Size Exchange সুবিধা থাকলে তা সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রোডাক্টের Exchange Policy অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য হবে এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Delivery Charge গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হতে পারে।

৭. Hygiene Products / Innerwear

স্বাস্থ্য ও ব্যক্তিগত পরিচ্ছন্নতার কারণে Innerwear বা ব্যক্তিগত ব্যবহারের পণ্য ডেলিভারির পর সাধারণভাবে Return/Exchange করা যাবে না।

তবে আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে ভুল Product, Size, Color বা Variant পাঠানো হলে এবং পণ্যটি ব্যবহার না করা থাকলে Unboxing Video যাচাই সাপেক্ষে Replacement দেওয়া হবে।

৮. Refund

যদি কোনো বৈধ Replacement Claim-এর ক্ষেত্রে একই প্রোডাক্ট Stock-এ না থাকে, তাহলে পরিস্থিতি অনুযায়ী—

Alternative Product,
Store Credit, অথবা
Applicable Refund

প্রদান করা হতে পারে।
